Lead the Movement

The Board of Directors serves as the governing body of Shift Alt Her Inc., providing strategic direction, fiscal oversight, and high-level leadership. Board members are not figureheads — they are doers, connectors, and visionaries who bring resources, influence, and integrity to the table.

 

Our board leads with confidence and collaboration, ensuring that Shift Alt Her remains financially sound, mission-driven, and accountable. Members act as ambassadors of the organization — representing our brand publicly, cultivating partnerships, and helping drive sustainability and innovation.

 

This is a working board for accomplished professionals and community leaders who want to make a tangible impact on women of color in technology.

  • The Executive Leadership Team works closely with the Board to execute programs and manage day-to-day operations. These are the department heads and directors who turn vision into motion.
     

    Core Executive Roles May Include:

    • Executive Director / Founder (Me) – Vision, oversight, leadership

    • Director of Operations – Manages systems, processes, and internal coordination

    • Director of Programs – Leads implementation of key events and educational initiatives

    • Director of Sponsorship & Partnerships – Manages brand collaborations and donor relations

    • Director of Technology – Oversees digital infrastructure and IT innovation

    • Director of Marketing & Communications – Manages brand strategy and public presence

    • Director of Finance / Treasurer – Maintains financial accountability and reporting
