That includes: Individual donations of any amount Corporate sponsorships across our six partnership tiers Membership dues from our four tiers (Student, Early Career, Professional, Exec) Ticket sales from our gala, dinners, retreats, and paid programs Grant funding from foundations and government programs Specifically, every dollar funds: Program operations (venues, materials, catering, speaker fees, event production) Mentorship matching technology and community platform infrastructure Need-based scholarships for our Phase 2 paid programs so financial barriers do not gate women out Staff and contractors who keep the mission moving Outreach to HBCUs, college students, and aspiring women in tech Reserve funds to keep the organization stable and sustainable year over year As a 501(c)(3), we are committed to full transparency.
